Shipping Policy
At Happy Sol Co., many of our products are personalized and made-to-order. Please allow extra time for processing custom items so we can ensure your keepsake is crafted with care.
Processing Times
- Standard items: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding holidays).
- Personalized/custom items: Processing typically takes 5–10 business days before shipping, depending on the complexity of the order.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Times
Once shipped, delivery times within the U.S. and Canada typically take:
- Standard shipping: 2–7 business days.
- Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons.
Please note: Your order may arrive in multiple packages depending on which distribution center fulfills your items. Each package will have its own tracking number.
Delivery Details
- Signature required? Most orders shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx do not require a signature.
- PO Boxes: Smaller items can ship to PO Boxes. Larger or oversized items may require a street address. If your order includes an item that cannot be delivered to a PO Box, we will contact you before processing.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada.
