Return & Refund Policy
At Happy Sol Co., many of our items are personalized and made-to-order, which means special care is taken to create your product exactly as you submit it. Because of this, we encourage customers to carefully review all personalization details — including spelling, names, and dates — before placing an order. We cannot accept responsibility for errors provided during order submission.
Returns & Exchanges
- Personalized and custom products (including items with names, dates, photos, or custom designs) are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases where the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
- Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received. Proof of purchase is required.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at support@happysolco.com if:
- The item is defective or damaged, or
- You received the wrong item.
We will review the issue and, if approved, provide instructions for returning or replacing the item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized and custom products (unless defective or incorrect).
- Sale items and gift cards.
Refunds
Once your return (if eligible) is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at support@happysolco.com.
Exchanges
If you wish to replace an item (non-personalized), the fastest way is to complete a return and place a new order.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. As with all returns, items must be in their original condition and packaging with proof of purchase. Personalized/custom products remain non-returnable.
