Hi, I’m Michelle, the heart behind Happy Sol Co.

My passion for photography began the moment I became a mom. Like so many parents, I found myself wanting to freeze time—to hold on to the sweet, fleeting moments of my children’s childhood. I picked up a camera to make sure I never missed a smile, a laugh, or a hug, and along the way, I discovered how powerful photos truly are: they let us feel our memories all over again.

What started as a personal passion quickly grew into my family photography business, where I now have the joy of helping other families preserve their own stories. I focus on capturing love and connection in a way that feels natural—photos that aren’t stiff or posed, but alive with emotion. Pictures that speak to you. Pictures that you can feel.
